We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join our leadership team as a Co-Founder and help build a market-leading business.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a senior Commercial HVAC professional who wants more than just a job.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a business owner, build a nationally recognised brand, and share in the long-term success of the company through equity ownership and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial HVAC operations and technical service delivery.

  • Develop and grow the AirDuct service business across Australia.

  • Build relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, builders, consultants, and government clients.

  • Drive business development and secure commercial contracts.

  • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing field teams.

  • Develop operational procedures, quality systems, and compliance standards.

  • Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  • Contribute to the long-term strategy, innovation, and growth of AirDuct.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 10+ years' experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC, ventilation, and air distribution systems.

  • Experience delivering commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, or hygiene services.

  • Established network within the commercial property or facilities management sector.

  • Proven leadership and business development experience.

  • Strong commercial and operational management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Highly Desirable

  • Mechanical HVAC Contractor Licence.

  • Refrigeration or Mechanical Trade Qualification.

  • Experience working with hospitals, shopping centres, universities, data centres, hotels, airports, or government facilities.

  • Experience managing commercial service teams.

  • Tender preparation and contract management experience.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing businesses.
