1. Our Services

AirDuct Commercial HVAC Services provides professional commercial HVAC services including:

• Air duct cleaning
• Kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning
• Exhaust fan cleaning
• Ventilation system cleaning
• HVAC hygiene and compliance services
• Indoor air quality services
• Inspection, maintenance, reporting and compliance documentation

All services are performed subject to site conditions and applicable Australian standards.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or enquiry.
• Variations may apply where actual site conditions differ from those originally assessed.
• Additional work outside the approved scope will only proceed following client approval.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are subject to technician availability.
• Clients should provide safe and unrestricted access to the work area.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe access to all work areas.
• Ensure required services are isolated where applicable.
• Remove or protect valuable items near the work area.
• Inform AirDuct of any known hazards before work commences.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

• All prices are exclusive of GST.
• Travel, parking, permits or additional access equipment may incur additional charges where applicable.
• Emergency or after-hours services may attract additional rates.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs and interest where permitted by law.
• Ownership of supplied materials remains with AirDuct until payment has been received in full.

7. Compliance Certificates

Where applicable, AirDuct may issue:

• HVAC Compliance Certificates
• Service Reports
• Maintenance Reports
• Cleaning Reports
• Photographic Records

These documents confirm the work completed on the service date only and do not constitute an ongoing warranty or guarantee of future system performance.

8. Warranty

AirDuct warrants that services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill and professional workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Equipment failure unrelated to our services
• Existing defects
• Misuse or neglect
• Lack of ongoing maintenance
• Third-party modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AirDuct's liability is limited to re-performing the affected services or refunding the amount paid for those services.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including business interruption, loss of profit or loss of production.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Introduce malicious software.
• Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photographs, reports and documents remain the property of AirDuct Commercial HVAC Services unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
